In order to continually ensure that all of our customers receive the highest quality experience, while visiting Studio Mac Salon, we must require:
We Kindly ask for 24 Hour notice to change or cancel your scheduled appointment. In the event of a no show, 50% of the service/services will be charged to your credit card. Please help us service you better by arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment reservation time. All services begin and end at scheduled times. If you are late, the service will end at the appropriate time and you will be charged the full amount.
We recommend you schedule you next appointment prior to leaving to insure availability. Please feel comfortable and confident in asking another team member to perform your next service.
Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated if we have availability, however an appointment is recommended.
Gratuity is customary for good service and will always be left to the discretion of our guests.
Please inform us of any special sensitivities that you may have dealing with allergies, medications, illnesses, etc.. so that we may better accommodate you.
All guests not in session with one of our Stylists, please remain in the lobby area at all times during your visit. We require this given that your presence in the styling area, while not in session, not only is a safety concern; it distracts our stylists ability to deliver their highest quality work.
Studio Mac Salon Loves Children!! We kindly ask, for the comfort of other guests and the safety of the child, you make other arrangements for them during your visit with us.
Due to Recent requirements by the State of Connecticut Health Department, we must ask that No Food be eaten in the Salon.
Studio Mac Salon accepts Visa, Mastercard, Personal Checks, Cash, and Gift Certificates. All returned checks due to insufficient funds are subject to a $25 fee for each occurrence. Any guest that incurs more than (2) insufficient fund experiences will forfeit their right to pay by personal check in the future.
All Sales related to Retail products are Final. Products with defective packaging will be exchanged for the same product. Defective packaging must be returned within (5) days of purchase to receive exchange.
Privacy. We respect your privacy and while we do collect e-mails, phone numbers and other information through our website, over the phone, and in person; we do not sell or distribute any of this information.
